Dr Arnold is a paint chemist who has worked at senior levels in major paint companies. He has specialised in anti-fouling and regulatory matters but is knowledgeable about all paint types and has developed products used in the market today.
Dr Arnold works on all aspects of antifouling, paint failure, cargo contamination work.
