Dr Speed is an industrial chemist with experience in technology development, environmental regulations as well as marketing and market analysis and intellectual property issues. She has particular knowledge of ballast water treatment requirements and tank coating legislation.
Dr Speed manages all aspects of technology sourcing, patent and intellectual property, and all Safinah's research contracts. She provides a technical resource service for small raw materials and paint companies.
